  • replace the broad PHP advisory update step with Composer audit and ignore only the current firebase/php-jwt advisory
  • split Playwright CI into 3 shards, upload per-shard reports, and reduce trace/video overhead so browser jobs finish within budget
  • widen the flaky multinode sync-reassignment wait that was timing out under CI load
